- Creation of Inter Library Subscription (ILS)
for organizations and institutions in a city.
- Creation of public enlightenment educational
video network.
- Rendering consultation services for NCO on
questions of organizational development.
- Rendering support to public initiatives and
drawing population into development and
making decisions that present importance
to a local community.
- Adding to the quantitative and qualitative
levels of educational services rendered to
the population (paid for as well as free of
charge) on the basis of drawing local
resources and potential of pedagogical
personnel of educational institutions in a
city.
- Forming an active position of population
through information and activity methods of
work, carried out by NCO of a city, Russian
and foreign partners.
Each of these directions is a whole program,
which relies on the support not only of
educational institutions in c. Bryansk, but of all
citizens of a city who strive to improve their
educational level.
